Schedule Appointments and Meetings: Coordinate client schedules with the Paralegal's availability for meetings and consultations. Prepare meeting agendas and materials for clients and attorneys. Follow up with clients after meetings to gather feedback and address questions.

Maintain and Update Client Records: Manage client contact information, case files, and communication logs. Update client profiles and track interactions to ensure seamless continuity.

Prepare Presentations and Reports: Prepare presentations and reports summarizing case developments and legal research findings. Proofread and edit presentations and reports for clarity and accuracy. Present presentations and reports to clients and attorneys.

II. Legal Research and Analysis:

Conduct Legal Research: Research and analyze legal statutes, case law, and other sources to support legal arguments. Stay up-to-date on legal developments and changes in the law.

Draft Legal Documents: Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Review and edit legal documents for clarity and accuracy.

Prepare for Depositions and Trials: Assist with preparing witnesses for depositions and trials.
